Hearing aid prices quoted include all the required fitting and follow up appointments and adjustments to the hearing aids. A 2 month trial period of the hearing aid is available with payment in full required when the hearing aids are fitted.If you are not satisfied with your hearing aids a full refund upon receipt of the hearing aids is issued.

If you have enquiries regarding other hearing aid manufacturers, we are able to fit hearing instruments from other manufacturers by request. Our qualified audiologist will assist you in determining which hearing aid best suits your hearing needs during your initial test appointment.

Pensioners and Veterans Affairs

Private health funds provide rebates on hearing aid purchases for eligible customers. Please check with your health fund if you are eligible for a rebate on hearing aids. In addition, you may be able to claim them as a health cost deduction in your annual tax return.
